Athletic Director
My name is Sarina Randazzo and I am the Principal and 4/5 teacher for Celebration Lutheran
School as well as the Athletic Director. I am so blessed by this community and the opportunity to
be a part of the CLS family. I received my degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in
Special Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. After graduation, I was
honored to set off on a life’s goal of joining the Peace Corps and serving as an English and
Remedial Reading teacher on the beautiful islands of the Philippines. I lived there for just over 2
years and loved every minute of it! While I finished my service, I accepted a position here at
Celebration Lutheran School. Two days after walking off a plane, I walked into my classroom.
I started as the 4K teacher and learned so much about myself as a person as well as an
educator thanks to this incredible staff and leadership. After a couple of years, I took on the
welcomed challenge of founding a charter school on the Northside of Milwaukee. There I taught
Kindergarten and 1st grade Humanities. My love for reading and literacy development really
took flight during those years and my heart grew two sizes thanks to those gorgeous babies and
amazing founding team. The community of colleagues and school families remain my close
friends to this day.
Though the experience of being a founding member of a new and high performing charter was
exceptional and one that truly transformed me as an educator, it also took a lot of my heart and
energy so when I got married to my best friend and we planned to start our family, I knew I was
starting a new chapter where my heart would need to be somewhere else. By a chance
encounter, a divine “chance,” I ran into a former parent of my 4K class and she mentioned that
the school may just have an opening for an old friend. I reached out and let God lead me back
home to the Fox Valley, where my family is, and where this amazing school is! I joined the team
again in 2020 and am so grateful I did. Since my rejoining of the team, I have come to various
titles and am grateful for every one of them!
Outside of school, I spend time with my husband, chasing around our five kiddos and our
energetic dog. We love spending time outside camping or on the lake, watching sports, and
enjoying our huge extended family! I am so thankful you are here at Celebration Lutheran
School and that you are choosing to share your child with us.
